I started the process with Anthony and Mike back in September of 2022 and was able to get solar panels and a working generator installed by March of 2023. Overall the process was very smooth. Out of the multiple companies we spoke with, this company is the only one that was upfront with us regarding costs and financing. Anthony is our point person and he was patient enough when explaining what they can and cannot do for us. Very knowledgeable and honest. He was also very responsive to our questions and concerns.The install went on without a hitch. They gave us frequent updates on the status with Centerpoint and were still answering our questions even AFTER they’ve installed the panels. Texas Direct Solar installed a 17kw of solar on my roof and did a great job. They also were able to help me relocate my electric meter and main panel from my house, to my garage for a generator install, which no other solar installer was able to do. Communication has been excellent, which can't be said for the other company I dealt with for the generator install. Day or night, I can get in contact with Anthony and the team with any questions I have. Being a big project there were some problems we ran into along the way, however Texas Direct Solar quickly resolved anything that I wasn't happy with without hesitation.
